Not Getting Text when member updates allocation on Watchlist

Is there a reason I'm not getting a text when a member on my watchlist updates their allocation. I have "Text" and "Email" selected and I usually get an email later on, but never a text, so I'm always late to change my allocation to follow the member on my watchlist.

I don't even know if it's set up at all right now. I do know that the tspcenter SMS code, if it IS set up, uses the phonenumber@carrier email method to send SMS.

I found that to be completely unreliable when I was building tspcalc.

In a few months time the FantasyTSP system will use the same system that tspcalc uses. Until then, tspcenter messages are not supported. If they work at all, it's the best I can do for now.

The messages are definitely out of whack. I just received a text that someone made the move to G fund on 11/10. There are also other moves that were made and I did not receive a text.
