Ok, I was able to login via "Post Reply," but still got the following message when trying to log in via the 3 bars link in the lower right hand corner.

Re: New Website Status & Bug Reports
A lot of forum members have been getting the same screen that jimcasada has been getting, and have reached out both here and via the TSPCenter admin email.
The issue stems from some updates going on in the background that MJ and Archibald have been making due to the recent problem of the server getting overloaded due to AI traffic on the site.
The solution is to delete your cache and cookies, and then try again. That simple fix has worked for about 95% of cases.

Re: New Website Status & Bug Reports
Thanks Aitrus. If anyone needs to clear cache and cookies for your specific device just google how to clear cache and cookies for your specific device and browser
Re: New Website Status & Bug Reports
I should have posted the same info. I did this a few days ago. I'm responding now, however, to verify that these instructions work well.Aitrus wrote: ↑Mon May 12, 2025 1:10 pm A lot of forum members have been getting the same screen that jimcasada has been getting, and have reached out both here and via the TSPCenter admin email.

When could the L2070 and the soon-to-be-released L2075 become options for IFT change?

I believe the new L-funds come out in June. The L 2080? will come out in 6/30/2030 is my best guess.
I am just an average Joe. I have no clue to what the market will do.

Re: New Website Status & Bug Reports
Hi there. I have not been able to access TSP center han TSP Calc for past 5 days. I get a msg that the certificate is invalid. I've cleared the cache & data. Notting works.the only way that I am able to be sending this message is by not using a router gateway, just 5g satellite. Any ideas?
Re: New Website Status & Bug Reports
Hey, twinkc.
Which browser are you using? It might be an end-of-the-year cert update or something, and whatever browser you use might have gotten skipped. Aside from that possibility, I'll have to admit that I'm stumped.

Re: New Website Status & Bug Reports
I had the same issue using Chrome on a Samsung S24+, AT&T. I deleted browsing history, cookies and site data, and cache for "All Time" date range about 5 times over the last 5 days. I still got the 403 error. I got the same error using Samsung Internet browser until I cleared browsing data in the same steps I used for Chrome, but it worked for the Samsung Internet Browser and I can now log in.
Re: New Website Status & Bug Reports
l didn't know there was a samsung Internet browser...I only use Google Chrome on both my phone and my Surface pro laptop. Neither will let me have access But since I have 5G on my phone, I can avoid the router. would much rather work from my laptop though. I'll keep trying. Thanks all. Have a great holiday!
Re: New Website Status & Bug Reports
A 403 error most likely indicates your IP address is blocked. Switching from your home router to your phone's service would change your IP address.
"Certificate invalid" would be a different error though. The certificates expire every year and we have to replace them. If your browser isn't downloading the new certificate and has the old one cached, that could cause it. It *should* automatically download the new one though, without you having to clear your cache. Not sure what would cause that... This message could also appear if your computer's date is wrong (because the incorrect date of your computer could fall outside the valid date range of the certificate)
You can use a 3rd party tool such as this one to independently check if a website has a valid certificate. That will tell you if the certificate problem is on your end or the server end:
https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker. ... center.com
Final note, even though tspcalc and tspcenter share a server, they do not share certificates. Archibald has to update the tspcenter one periodically, and I have to update the tspcalc one periodically. They both have valid certificates at this time.
