Question that got answered for me (by Social Security Administration) is what happens if, come 70.5, I'm "forced" to take Social Security, yet I still want to continue to serve the Warfighter.
The answer was that my Social Security Check (140% @ 70.5) gets recalculated every year I continue to work. So if I roll to into my late 70's, the puppy goes from $4,950 up to into "6's" (monthly)...
Couple that with FERS & TSP and we're talkin' Fat & Happy!!! My goal (always) was to make more in Retirement that I did when I was workin'...
