Are the live charts down?

Are the live charts down?
Last several times I checked, I'm not seeing anything?

Re: Are the live charts down?
Yes, they're down. MJ knows. He's working on it.

Re: Are the live charts down?
My data source changed their API so I have to try it out over the next few days.

Re: Are the live charts down?
At least it's a fixable problem.
Do you warehouse info onsite, or is it cloud-based?
Also: I'm guessing that TSPCalc is an ETL that pulls a daily update? Real-time isn't necessary over there, and the dataset is big so I figure an ETL would be more appropriate, especially since you're using it in several dashboard displays around the site.
Still learning this stuff, so seeing it used with a site I'm familiar with is helping me wrap my head around it all.

Re: Are the live charts down?
I didn't know what an ETL was. But yes, seemingly. The real-time chart has back-end code which is supposed to update the data file once per minute.

Thanks Artrus. Didn’t know if my 13 year old IMac was giving up the ghost, lol.
